We had 18mths of planning and discussions which included a change of architect. There was to be extensive changes to size and layout of the finished product. Both Builder and owners worked together to create there now big beautiful home. Builder managed to keep owners living in home during the whole building works, never an easy challenge to pull-off. New home is has a 6+ star rating. Outsides works are ongoing.

Walker Flat - Addition

On the mighty Murray, this shack was in need of numerous upgrades and new underfloor plumbing. From Designing, Drafting, Demolition to a completed rebuild. Started in June2011 to completion in Dec 2011. All building contractors worked to a tight schedule never to hold up other trades. All worked very well together even with all the variations thrown in by client. With challenging design work to make new building tie into existing 2 storey building.

Stirling-Extensions

This family home was becoming to small. Through many discussions and design changes before starting the end result was a much bigger home. Extra 45m2 living and 13m2 on 2 bedrooms. Plus a shuffling of some walls within original home and a totally new external shell. Overall a great result for a growing family.

Walker Flat - Shack

Original shack was too small and had many alterations done to it over the years. We salvaged all that was reusable and dumped the rest of the building including concrete base where applicable. We then set about building their dream shack. A number of changes/additions were made during construction at customer's request.  Total contract was done on time as scheduled including extras.

Echunga - Extension

This job was one of our favorites. This client, for years, wanted a large living room with plenty of light and leading out into a back verandah/eating area. After much consideration and drawings this dream became a reality. A lot of the design was orientated around high energy efficiency. ie window locations, glass type, eve widths, different insulation levels and colours. The end result is better than expected.

With considerable design and construction methods discussed it was decided to remove entire room and walls, leaving roof intact.  A complete re-build of this room was created with better than expected results.

Macclesfield - Home

This home is under construction at present. This roof design is very unusual. The roof slopes in both directions making the carpentry work very complicated.
