Verandah - Verdun

Client contacted other builders who were put off by the idea of cutting corner off to allow driveway access to back shed. While this does make create design difficulties we sat down with client and discussed the options regarding the outcome of this proposed new shape. Morton Constructions were given the job and the outcome speaks for itself.

Pool deck - Mt Barker

Client had very steep backyard. For practical reasons a terrace was cut out of hill to allow a above ground pool to be installed and then a deck going out from back door and around pool. A black powder coated steel fence has been installed upon completion. This was a hit with the whole family.

This verandah is 11m x 6m. Customer wanted big. There were building limits to which they agreed to. Grey Tint Polycarbonate roofing was chosen by client. This did cause heat build-up problems. New products have since come on the market. E.g. Laserlight Apollo. Lattice was then installed along perimeter.
